A 40-DAY oNLINE mEDITATION COURSE FOR ABUNDANCE AND PROSPERITY…
Are you ready to expand into the abundant, limitless being you already are? Join me for 40 Days of Abundance, an online Kundalini meditation course intended to guide you out of lack and limitation and into your natural state of flow and prosperity.
Through the powerful practice of ancient Kundalini meditations, intentional reflection, and weekly community connection, we’ll explore what abundance truly means for you. This is a great opportunity for beginners new to the practice, and it is also a challenge for the seasoned yogis.
If you are new to our online meditation journeys, we gather online once a week to share and connect with others in the circle. At the start of the journey, you will be introduced to a daily routine that you can practice from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you, with helpful video guidance and a curated playlist for you to practice alongside if needed.
Each day, we will practice a 5-part exercise, known as Sobagh Kriya, traditionally known to unlock prosperity, wealth, and inner alignment. Practised daily for 20 minutes over 40 days, this kriya works on the energy systems of the body to shift deeply rooted patterns and open you to receive.
Abundance is not just about monetary wealth, although that may be a part of it. It’s about changing your relationship to worthiness, releasing blocks, and shifting to a mindset that magnetises support, joy, and opportunity effortlessly.
This container is a commitment to self-welcoming in the changes required to anchor your desires, clear what’s in the way, and embody your natural abundance. There is a huge misconception around the word ‘abundance’ - contrary to popular belief, abundance is not about the money you have in the bank, or the car you drive.
It is far simpler than that - it is about your mindset. And those with an abundant mindset will naturally attract more abundance into their lives. But first, we must feel abundant as we are with what we have.
Whether you seek financial ease, deeper self-worth, more time, creative flow, or support in calling in what you truly desire… this practice meets you where you are.
