Escape to the serene surroundings of Loch Lomond and book a unique home-stay with us in our newly built farmhouse. The light, spacious and luxurious home is situated on a hill with breathtaking panoramic views of the Loch and the surrounding mountain range. Nestled into the farmland of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, we are just a 30-minute drive from Glasgow airport and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Edinburgh city centre. Stay with us at our unique home-stay in Scotland for a night or a week and enjoy all of the fantastic sights the local area has to offer.

The farmHouse

The modern eco-farmhouse features an open plan living space with cosy fireside seating and a fully equipped kitchen as well as en-suite double bedrooms and a log-fired hot tub. A family-owned home stay, the house is situated on farmland on the banks of Loch Lomond with panoramic views of the Loch and beyond. We aim to make everyone feel at home on their visits, and guests are welcome to use the facilities, relax in the hot tub and explore the garden.

“We recently stayed for 2 nights at Sarah’s B&B and we had a lovely time. I don’t know where to start, as it was all around such a great stay. The landscape, wildlife and nature surrounding were beautiful. There is a good selection of places to visit nearby, and only a short drive to local amenities, pubs/restaurants. We felt very comfortable during our stay, and we were well looked after, with a delicious breakfast in the morning, and refreshments like tea and coffee in the evening, which were well needed after a long day out walking, enjoying the stunning surroundings. I can’t quite do justice to how breathtaking the view from Sarah’s dining area is; you just have to see it to believe it. The floor-to-ceiling window felt like a framed piece of art! The decor is tasteful, and has a calming effect to it, which we really appreciated. Sarah was a friendly, gracious host, and I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone”

Perfect for a peaceful retreat, these rooms are ideal for couples, solo travellers or those looking for a space to work in peace. Whilst staying in our farmhouse, you can benefit from the communal living and kitchen space whilst also being able to enjoy private moments in your room. The bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed throughout, with personal touches to make you feel at home during your stay with us at Chariclo.
