A monthly community gathering for women. Moon Circles offers a chance to those who give to others to be held and nurtured. Join us on the last Sunday of the month for restorative and nurturing practices, including gong baths, meditation and gentle yoga practices.

This nature-based creative workshop is an opportunity to pause and slow down as we observe our surroundings. You will be gently guided through mindful creative exercises, then experiment with materials, mark-making, and playful creative practices. No experience needed.
