Embodied Safety: Free Women’s Online Workshop

Embodied Safety

Free Online Workshop For Women

Many of us women move through life holding many roles and responsibilities, constantly giving. In a world that celebrates speed over gentleness, we may be feeling dysregulated, and often what’s missing is a sense of safety within the body.

We can deeply benefit from spaces that invite us to soften and receive, and receiving itself begins with feeling safe.

Now more than ever, there’s a need to root into that inner safety, so we can meet the overwhelm of daily life and the world around us with more steadiness and ease.

Lara, a somatic practitioner, and Sarah, a Kundalini teacher, are offering a free online workshop to gently support women with simple, everyday tools and practices to help regulate the nervous system amidst life’s challenges.

To book your free space on the online workshop, click the link below.
