Our immersive gong sound baths are designed to create a peaceful space where you can fully relax, release tension, and quiet the mind.
The experience is particularly supportive for improving sleep, easing feelings of stress and anxiety, and releasing emotional blocks.
We often begin with gentle, nurturing movement and stretching to help the body settle and unwind. You’ll then be guided through simple breath awareness and mindfulness practices to become fully present and grounded. From there, we will begin with the sound journey - where all you need to do is let go and allow the vibrations of the gong to move through you and do its thing.
The gong’s frequencies deepen relaxation, harmonise the nervous system, and clear stagnant energy. It has been known to help improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and support tissue regeneration. The gong’s frequencies also stimulate the vagus nerve, which helps to lower stress, balance the nervous system, and promote overall relaxation.
