Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th June
Two-day Workshop
@ Chariclo Farmhouse, G83 8SD
including a live performance by Sri Akaal on Saturday evening!
Sat Nam Rasayan, which can be translated as Deep Relaxation in the True Identity, or Deep Healing in the Divine, is an ancient healing technique. It uses the healer’s meditative mind to open a sacred space, allowing the patient to enter into a deep, relaxed and meditative state, wherein the healing can occur. It helps dissolve blockages in the systems self-healing capacity can become eff’ can become effective again.
Learning Sat Nam Rasayan will help you:
To heal others,
To bring more silence and calmness into your life,
To experience every moment and every sensation,
To access Shunya - the state of the deep meditative mind,
To enhance your intuition.
This retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced meditation practitioners. Farmhouse accommodation is available, and nutritious, home-cooked meals are included.
In this weekend workshop, you will be guided into deep states of meditation, while at the same time remaining alert and present. When you can access and remain stable in this meditative state, you will learn to know when something has changed in your space. By allowing or resolving this change within yourself, healing takes place. The changes that take place in the healer’s sensitivity may be referred to as Resistances. The aim of the healer is to resolve these resistances by allowing them.
Each day, we will begin with a Kundalini Yoga practice to move the body and prepare for deep meditation. There will be plenty of time for rest and breaks during the meditation sessions on Saturday and Sunday. After dinner on Saturday evening, Siri Akal will lead a mantra meditation evening for anyone who wishes to partake.
