MOON CIrcles
A MONTHLY GATHERING FOR WOMEN
Moon Circles is your invitation to pause, to be held, nurtured, and reminded that you, too, deserve replenishment. Our monthly gathering offers a chance to fill your own cup so you can shine from a place of wholeness.
We gather to connect, uplift and support each other as we journey through nurturing, mindful practices of Movement, Meditation, Sharing Circles and Gong Sound Healing. When women gather, something powerful happens. We remember we are not alone. We reconnect to community, to the cycles of nature, and to the wisdom that already lives within us.
Each month, we explore different themes and practices as we respond to the seasons and the community's needs.

Together we will:
✨ Breathe deeply and ground through guided meditation & gentle movement.
✨ Rest in the healing vibrations of a gong bath.
✨ Share, listen, and be witnessed (if you feel called).
✨ Close with tea, conversation, and connection.
Come as you are.
Leave nourished, lighter, and more connected.

*All of our offerings are beginner-friendly, and we encourage you to use the space how you wish, participating as much as you feel comfortable with.

Fresh Herbal Tea and snacks
Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks will be provided, but please bring a bottle of water, a journal and a pen, layers and anything to feel cosy and content.
We aim to make this day as accessible as possible for our community, so each month we offer 2 supported tickets for this event (£15 each).
If finances are a barrier for you to attending our community events, please do get in touch.
There are only 10 spaces available for our intimate gatherings and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
