GONG SOUND BATH
A Holistic Healing Experience
Join us for an immersive gong sound bath designed to create a peaceful space where you can fully relax, release tension, and quiet the mind. This session offers an opportunity to let go of daily stresses and drop into a calmer state of mind, body and soul.
The experience is particularly supportive for improving sleep, easing feelings of stress and anxiety, and releasing emotional blocks.
We will begin with gentle, nurturing movement and stretching to help the body settle and unwind. You’ll then be guided through simple breath awareness and mindfulness practices to become fully present and grounded. From there, we will begin with the sound journey - where all you need to do is let go and allow the vibrations of the gong to move through you and do its thing.
Yoga mats and blankets provided.
Please bring a bottle of water, warm layers and anything you need to feel comfortable (rugs, blankets, pillows, etc.)
